This site does not use cookies, analytics, or tracking. The only personal information Lex receives is what you choose to send him to arrange an FAA certification action.
Visiting this site
No cookies are set, and no analytics, advertising, or social media tools are installed. Fonts and all other files are served from this site, so your browser does not contact third parties when you visit. Like any web host, Amazon Web Services keeps standard technical logs of requests to deliver the site securely.
Information you send
When you email dpe@flywithlex.com or complete Lex’s intake form, you may provide:
- Your name and contact details
- Your FAA Tracking Number (FTN) and certificate information
- Copies of ID, pilot licenses, medical certificates, logbook pages, and test reports
How it is used
Your information is used only to confirm your eligibility, schedule your appointment, and complete your FAA practical test or administrative action. It is never sold or shared for marketing.
Who receives it
- The FAA: Through IACRA and the Designee Management System, as FAA rules require.
- Google: The intake form runs on Google Forms, which Google operates under its own privacy policy.
- Others: Only when required by law.
How it is protected
Lex follows a written information security program under Massachusetts regulation 201 CMR 17.00. Records are kept in secured, encrypted accounts and devices, retained only as long as FAA designee policy requires, and then deleted.
Your choices
You can ask what information Lex holds about you, or ask him to correct or delete it, by emailing dpe@flywithlex.com. Records the FAA requires him to keep cannot be deleted early.
